Our group had a motorcycle breakdown approximately 400 kilometers away from this dealership while we were on our way to do the loop around Lake Superior. Ironically this breakdown happened in front of a family members house that was a part of the Thunder Bay Harley-Davidson store They ensured the bike was towed there by the next morning and worked on it for an extremely long time for a complex electrical issue we were from out of town they were very helpful very friendly and got us back on the road as fast as they could great store. And thank you.

In-frickin-credible!!! Bad service at a different dealership led to my muffler falling off and being flattened by a couple 18 wheelers. Dawn in Merchandise got a message to Ted, the owner, on a long weekend Sunday. He came up with a second hand muffler and helped me install it. Top shelf service!! Hughly recommend this dealership. They go above and beyond.

Well engineering place and good communicating people

I can't say enough about this place. I was on a ride with my buddies, Last longweekend (were from Kitchener area)

I needed a tire and was having some handling issues with my bike ,they looked after everything, they cut into there long weekend (by a lot) Just so I could carry on with mine safely. Ted and his staff treated me like family, again, anything I say probably isn't enough, thanks again Ted.

Great a real family place, I'm from the Toronto area ,i have had all bad experience at all the southern dealers on buying new bikes and service departments. Thunder Bay will great the sale of my next bike i will travel 17 hours to buy my bike from them. My bike broke down on a road trip and they had me up and running in a day and a half, great people and great service the place to be when your in trouble on the road.
